Operations and Cooperations
The 39th meeting of goldsmiths, jewellery designers and jewellery makers, designers and theorists is coming up at Zimmerhof. They will have the opportunity for exchange and discussion, getting together and having a good time.
The latin word "opera" has, amongst others, the meaning of "effort", yet it is the pleasure of creating something that keeps encouraging many artists to stick to the term of "work". Their work emanate in the studios and workshops in solitude or in collaboration with others – with other artists, with the audience, in collaboration with companies and institutions, in exchange with other cultures.
The speakers‘ themes are to be located between their individual work and their discourse with others (or with what is different, very different) and will talk about their operations and cooperations.
